Hydro jetting plumbing process involves inserting a high pressure stream of water flowing at 15-18 gallons per minute into the pipelines to clear waste build up. Unlike snaking, hydro jetting will remove scum attached to the pipeline walls that a typical rooter cannot do.
Over time, fats, oils and grease coats, accumulates and thickens on the inside of pipe and sewer lines. When this occurs, waste grease can flow into drainage lines vs. the grease traps and interceptors leading to costly repairs and business downtime.
Restaurants and other food service establishments know how important it is to keep the lines open and free flowing. In addition to the business disruption and unpleasant odor, clogged drains are also hazardous to employees.
In addition to the cost of downtime, grease trap/interceptor overflows can lead to dreaded fines or citations. All of this points to the need for both conscientious and thorough repair.
Hydro-jetting or Power Jetting is frequently indicated to both break the clog free and to remove and flush all the build up away. In high volume food service establishments, power jetting is usually completed every 6-9 months.
Village Plumbing & Heating uses Spartan Power Jetters. Spartan high-pressure water jetters are designed for superior power, durability and safety. Our versatile machines easily blast through clogs while scouring the inside of the pipe, leaving it pristine with its flow restored.
